We are seeking a highly resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist with entrepreneurial spirit to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, screening, hiring, and onboarding employees, all while factoring in the long-term goals of the agency. The incumbent must also be involved with employee engagement to ensure that current employees are satisfied in their positions and will promote the agency’s brand through recruitment initiatives and events. The ideal candidate must be comfortable in the role of helping grow the organization’s talent by finding and nurturing the most suitable people for the right role to contribute to the organization’s success.
Key responsibilities will include:
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Source potential candidates through job fairs and online channels.
Plan interviews and selection processes and procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
Assess candidate information using our Applicant Tracking System
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
Help forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
Requirements and skills

Must have proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.

Must have firsthand experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must have a keen understanding of the distinct roles in the organization.

BSc in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business administration or relevant field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with hiring managers and potential hires with the goal of creating a strong talent pipeline of candidates for the organization.
