Our Call Center Customer Service Representatives are responsible for inbound and outbound calls in a busy medical office. This office has a specialty niche, and our employees become subject matter experts in our practice. Our representatives maximize profitability for the company by scheduling patients, answering questions and guiding patients through the process. Many calls we receive are from the discerning patient who has detailed questions, and our representatives are responsible for acknowledging the patient’s concerns and scheduling appointments appropriately to maintain an efficient schedule.
Our representatives utilize CRM and EMR systems to input and manage patient information. Representatives must exercise listening and problem-solving skills to assist patients with questions, medication requests, and scheduling.
Previous experience in the medical field is a plus but is not required. Previous customer service and sales experience would be advantageous. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are encouraged to apply. This is a fast-paced position with a steep learning curve, so excellent communication skills, multitasking, computer literacy and attention to detail are paramount.
