This position will have oversite of the Patient Service Representatives and Administrative Assistants within the department. This position will ensure that processes are in place and staff are trained to provide exceptional customer service and are able to complete their job duties.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum one (1) year in an office setting, preferably with healthcare and supervisory experience.
- Valid driver’s license and active liability insurance.
- Satisfactory results from criminal background check.
- Must be 21 years of age.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the Patient Service and Administrative Assistant teams ensuring staff are adequately trained and supported. Responsible for reviews, time off requests, discipline, payroll, and career development.
- Demonstrate ability to staff work area so employees can complete responsibilities.
- Provide financial counseling to clients as needed.
- Participate as member of the Data Flow Team.
- Direct client concerns to the appropriate staff member.
- Supervise cash receipts and deposit preparation.
- Assure client records are securely stored and are supervised during business hours.
