Primepack Supplies was founded in 2017 and specializes in packaging solutions, moving supplies, and warehouse supplies.
We are seeking a front desk receptionist to help with customers, taking payments, and running the office. Experience with QuickBooks Microsoft word and excel is preferred Ideal candidate must have at least two years prior experience in office settings . If you meet all requirements listed please apply .
Job is on-site from 8am - 5pm Mon - Fri.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain office filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
- Use of QuickBooks to create invoices and manage inventory
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills to provide excellent support
- Proficiency in file management to maintain organized records
- Ability to use computerized systems for various administrative tasks
