Responsibilities
- Reaching out to schedule meetings with qualified student housing leads; pitching The Black Sheep to decision makers and following up regarding renewals.

Attending in-person and virtual trade shows and conferences to build and expand relationships for The Black Sheep.

Collaborating internally on new opportunities within existing services to drive revenue and client growth

Managing client information, requests and contracts via The Black Sheep’s CRM.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field.

Knowledge of the student housing or multifamily space preferred, but not required
