Farmington Hills, Michigan based law firm with emphasis in Consumer/Commercial Collections in various States is seeking team members for its high-energy Post-Judgment Department. Looking for candidates with great attention to detail who can help identify and execute on opportunities to collect court-awarded Judgment debt. This is not a call center role, but telephone communication with courts, process servers and Defendants is an important part of these roles, which are primarily Legal/Administrative positions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to document preparation and filing, case review, following up with court clerks, inventory management and addressing garnishee and/or consumer inquiries.

Experience:

Professional office experience, preferred.

Highschool degree or equivalent required, some college preferred.

Experience with projects deadlines.

Basic computer skills are essential - i.e. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Experience in the Legal field is a plus.

Consumer interaction experience is a plus.

Being a Notary Public is a plus.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00/ hour, depending on experience, plus meaningful team bonus opportunity

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, typical. Month end may require additional time, which may exceed normal business operating hours.
