Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive/Administrative Assistant to join our team in Beverly Hills. As an Executive/Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, manage communications with investors and clients, and perform various financial and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendar and schedule appointments
- Communicate with investors and clients in a professional and timely manner
- Perform QuickBooks tasks, including:
- Use basic AppFolio software
- Enter data into Excel and create minor formulas (moderate user level)
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience as an Executive/Administrative Assistant
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with QuickBooks and AppFolio software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and friendly demeanor
