**Physical Work Location- Houston - Heights Office
POSITION PURPOSE
To help organize activities and travels for the Prosperity Bank Travel Club Account holders.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

Distribute quarterly newsletters

Host monthly events

Take event reservations and payments

Maintain liability release forms for all travelers

Assist the Travel Club Account holders with business transactions

Establish good customer relations

Build Travel Club membership in supported areas, working with Area Sales Development, Area Managers and Area Executives

Open, revise and close accounts for Travel Club customers

Serve as Travel Club bank representative on Trips

Ensure approvals are obtained when necessary from Travel Club Director, Compliance and Marketing

Ensure all reporting is completed in an accurate and timely manner

Follow established Travel Club procedures, working within defined guidelines

Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Certification:
High school graduate or equivalent
Required Knowledge:
Sales and customer service experience preferred
Experience Required:
One to two years of office experience
Skills/Abilities:
Have good computer skills (Word & Excel)
Have knowledge of senior travelers and activities
Possess organizational skills
Be very creative
Be willing to take both overnight and extended trips
