Evolve Health is a group of medical professionals offering interventional psychiatric therapies such as Spravato, TMS, IV Ketamine, and Medication Management. Duties:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Benefits and Eligibility verification
Answer and direct phone calls with the highest level of professionalism
- Complete pre-scheduling screenings with patients
- Organize and schedule patient appointments
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Provide support to clinical staff, patients and referring providers
- In addition to these general duties, we may request that you perform other duties that fit with your training and background experience or provide further training for new duties

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
