Bilingual Event Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and talented Bilingual Event Coordinator to join our team and help us continue to set the standard in event planning and customer service.
Position Overview: We are looking for a highly organized, enthusiastic, and polite Bilingual Event Coordinator who excels in planning, organizing, and coordinating various events. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Incumbent must be able to dress formal at all hours. This role requires flexibility to work during afternoons, weekends, and late evening hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate events from conception to completion.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and staff to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Manage event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting on-site issues.
- Maintain accurate records of event details, contracts, and communications.
- Ensure all events comply with safety, legal, and quality standards.
- Work flexible hours, including afternoons, weekends, and late evenings, as required.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency (specify languages, e.g., English and Spanish).
- Proven experience in event planning, organizing, and coordination.
- Excellent customer service skills with a polite and professional attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work during afternoons, weekends, and late evenings.
- Proficiency in event management software and MS Office Suite is a plus.
