OBJECTIVE: To direct and supervise all administrative, programmatic, financial, and case management activities for residential treatment program.
Nature and Scope: (These duties are not meant to be all inclusive and may be adjusted as necessary.)
1. PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
- Consistently maintains professional, legal boundaries and ethical standards and ensure staff compliance (Federal, State, and Agency)
- Convenes the Program Management Team to ensure the development and implementation of program policies and procedures
- Oversee systems development, implementation, and monitoring of the delivery of all services from intake to discharge
- Provide individual, group and family services, as needed
- Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive client records system
- Ensure full utilization of program contracts and community resources for all clients
- Promote positive program visibility and maintain positive working relationships with funding source and other community agencies
- Monitor any incidents to ensure Agency and program policies and procedures are followed
- Assist families and staff through emergency back-up system (beeper)
- Responsible for overall fiscal and service related accountability systems
- Ensure client information is accurately reflected on statistical reports and maintain billing records
- Establish and maintain contact and relationships with external community agencies
- Manage daily program activities
- Oversee the development of schedule
- Generate referrals and maintain utilization rates
- Chair regularly scheduled program meetings, including staff, program development, and resident house meetings
- Provide on-call as part of a regular rotation
2. QUALITY IMPROVEMENT
- Responsible for the development and implementation of the Annual Plan
- Provide supervision to staff
- Assist Vice President of Programs in periodic reviews of consultation staff
- Comply with all licensing and quality management regulations
- Ensure all clients receive goal-oriented services
3. PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION/STAFF DEVELOPMENT
- Oversee supervision of program staff in all aspects of their job, including administrative and program coordination
- Oversee implementation of program-specific orientation and training program for staff according to agency, program, licensing and funding source guidelines
- Mediate interpersonal difficulties among staff members
- Oversee and supervise the Assistant Program Director in the coordination and utilization of volunteer and milieu interns with the Director of Volunteer Services and other designated staff
- Administer all personnel functions to include recruitment, interviewing, hiring, supervising, and evaluating staff
- Process all personnel paperwork, on a timely basis including; time sheets, vacation requests,
- Compensation time, and travel reimbursement
4. PROFESSIONAL GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT
- Participate in weekly supervision with Vice President of Programs
- Participate in management meetings
- Participate in relevant community task forces, educational, or training opportunities as appropriate
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
Professional/Academic
- Master's degree preferred in human services field; Bachelor's in human services required (social work, psychology, criminal justice, etc.)
- 3-5 years' of supervisory experience
- 3 years of clinical or direct treatment experience in human services
- Broad-based knowledge of family services
- Proven ability to think and act with a systems perspective

Pay: $68,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
