POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
KKCS is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Consultant, who will play a crucial role in training users, testing software integrations, administering databases, and managing data systems to support our construction projects at school facilities. The position is full-time and 100% onsite in Los Angeles, CA.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Trains users in the proper use of various systems and new integrated processes

Tests integrations from user perspective and participates in software pilots

Administers Program Management Database with respect to security and user profiles, custom fields, statuses, and forms

Administers CAFM (Computer Aided Facility Management) System supporting Facility Tabular and Spatial Data

Organizes software needs, devise solutions, and maintain software and hardware systems

Develops and modifies custom
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Required Experience & Education
-
Minimum 2 years full time paid professional experience using ESRI, CAD, or other 2D / 3D Software

Minimum 3 years full time paid professional experience with large scale construction data integration efforts involving an Enterprise Program Management Software
-
Minimum 5 years full time paid professional experience in data processing and software management within construction projects

Knowledge of construction organization, terminology, financial structure, and workflow

Experience in writing technical work instructions and training construction personnel at various levels in a project team
-
Graduation from a recognized college or university, preferably with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management and Information Technology
