Answer phones and take messages
Assist administrators with the bid and ordering process
Data Entry
Enter Quotes
Invoice Orders
Match Up Invoices and Orders
Accounts Receivable Collections
Enter Invoices into System
Log Fuel Receipts
Manage Referral/Credit Applications
File Documents
Send spreadsheets of Accounts
Experience and Skills:
Previous Experience as an Office Assistant or Bookkeeper is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to Multi-task
Detail Oriented
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
