Position Summary:
The Receptionist provides support to the office and/or individuals in assigned area of responsibility. Typical responsibilities include answering the multi-line phone system, routing calls to appropriate staff, performing records maintenance, sorting and distributing mail, coordinating travel arrangements, assisting with various human resources projects, and performing other support functions as necessary. The Receptionist will have excellent communication skills and must be professional and helpful when interacting with visitors and co-workers. This position is located at company headquarters in Kennewick, WA.
Key Duties / Responsibilities:
- Greets and assists incoming visitors professionally
- Answers, screens, and forwards incoming calls using a multiple-line telephone system
- Receives and distributes office mail
- Maintains schedules by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel arrangements
- Provides administrative support to the Human Resources team and other key managers
- Maintains and protects operations by keeping information confidential
- Demonstrates professionalism and a positive, solutions-oriented approach when interacting with visitors and co-workers
- Performs other duties as requested
Education / Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of related work experience preferred
- Previous experience coordinating travel preferred

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:
- General office positions may require some reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds, finger dexterity, repetitive motions, standing, walking, sitting, hearing, visual acuity, color vision, and 2-way written/verbal communication. More specific details may be provided as needed or requested.
