Allstate Insurance – Sales and/or Operations Team Manager (Relocation Considered)

The Team Manager will train, mentor guide and oversee the activities of either the sales or the CSR teams.
Responsibilities:
· Trains, coaches and mentors regional and local licensed sales professionals (LSP’s) or CSR's and staff.
· Organizes and oversees the schedules, and performance of the team.
· Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
· Handles other management duties in accordance with company policy.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Provides leadership coaching for insurance employees.
· Motivates and encourages sales team or CSR's to ensure quotas are met.
· Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
· Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts.
· Assigns territories and sets quotas for sales teams.
· Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs.
· Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.
· Prepares sales budget; monitors and approves expenses.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Prior insurance sales management and or coaching experience required.
· Property and Casualty Licenses Required.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent sales and customer service coaching skills.
· Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
