Title: Inside Sales/Account Manager

Job Summary
An Inside Sales/Account Manager is responsible for providing stellar customer service, answering questions, knowing all the products and services we offer, and closing the sale. This role combines the responsibilities of both an account manager and inside sales representative, ensuring comprehensive customer care and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction:
- Answer calls and gather information, input information into our system.
- Respond to email and internet inquiries quickly.
- Schedule onsite and video estimates sensibly based on the estimator’s schedule and customer needs.
- Make follow-up calls to check in with customers, confirm they received estimates, address any questions, and secure the date to book the move.
- Sales and Estimation:
- Work closely with estimators to prepare and send estimates.
- Understand the market and other movers in the area to counter pushback effectively, with the confidence and knowledge to promote Dreiske and close the deal.
- Familiarize with our tariffs to ensure accuracy and compliance (training provided).
- Revise spreadsheets that track different services.
- Scheduling and Coordination:
- Maintain the work calendar, scheduling to capacity without exceeding it.
- Work closely with dispatch to avoid overbooking or under booking and communicate any unique situations with dispatch.
- Reporting and Meetings:
- Attend sales meetings and report on current statuses.
Essential Skills
- Exceptional phone and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and grow trust with people of all types and backgrounds.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and client engagements simultaneously.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and uncertainty with the confidence to coach customers and co-workers through these discussions.
- Dynamic and engaging, with a sense of humor and the ability to maintain perspective.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 years of sales experience.
- 4 years of office clerical experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, google sheets & Docs.
- Outgoing personality and enjoys being around people.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and rationally.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a drug test.

· Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
· Confident in pursuing sales and promoting our services.
· Ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently.
· Ability to lead and motivate others, fostering trust and loyalty without demanding it.
· Resilient to interruptions and distractions, maintaining focus on tasks.
· Prepared to work the necessary hours to complete tasks in a timely manner.
