We are New England's premier marble and tile company, specializing in luxury residential and commercial projects. We are seeking a highly organized, personable, solutions-focused Account Manager to add to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactive communications management, invoicing, project status updates and scheduling, and working inside our CRM suite to organize and coordinate our sales/production/field tech teams, among other day to day project-specific tasks.
Requirements:
- Must be self-motivated
- Must have at least 1 year experience in a related administration position (construction or interior design industry is highly preferred)
- Must have exceptional communication skills (phone / email / face-to-face)
- Must have a valid MA license and clean driving record
- Must have strong computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and/or Google Suite
- Familiarity with Hubspot or other CRM software is a plus
- Must be exceptionally organized and able to work under pressure with strict deadlines
