Job Title: Business Development Manager - Locum Tenens
Location: Fully Remote
Base Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 base salary,
Estimated OTE $120,000 - $150,000+ (uncapped commissions)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Curehire Locum Tenens. This role is pivotal in expanding our network of healthcare facility partners and securing direct contracts with hospitals and other healthcare institutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential healthcare facilities, hospitals, and clinics for locum tenens services. Utilize various channels to generate new business leads.
- Client Acquisition: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at healthcare facilities. Develop customized proposals and negotiate contracts to meet client needs.
- Contract Negotiation: Secure direct contracts with hospitals and healthcare facilities, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to strategically position Curehire's services.
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients and provide feedback on client requirements.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the locum tenens industry.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the locum tenens market and healthcare staffing needs.
- Motivation: Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Highly Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
