What you’ll be doing:
- Provide IT helpdesk support to users. Respond to IT tickets within 2 hours or less.
- Supporting our ticketing systems by creating new macros or update Knowledge Base articles as necessary.
- Support the administration of Office 365. Add, Remove and Update Users, Groups, Distribution Groups, etc.
- Support the administration of user creation, user removal, and license validations.
- Application administration includes but not limited to Salesforce, Docusign, Five9, RingCentral, Natterbox, and all other applications within the scope of IT support.
- Create training articles and videos for new employees
- Configuration of laptops & hardware for all new hires, replacement and returned devices.
- Shipping of all new hire and replacement laptops and IT managed hardware.
- Routing of Salesforce request to appropriate development groups.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
- Maintain records of issues and solutions in the help desk ticketing system.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Office 365 required
- Ability to trouble shoot onsite and remote
- 2+ years of customer service related experience
- Ability to multitask
- Strong desire to learn new things
- Take ownership of tasks and projects from start to finish
- Understands basic computer repair

Pay Rate: $28-$32/hr. DOE
