Field Tasks will include:
- Multibeam and Singlebeam Hydrographic Survey
- Survey Vessel Mobilization
- Dredge support as needed such as retrieving parts / supplies
- Candidates with small vessel and coastal waterways experience are preferred.
- Multibeam and Single beam Data Processing
- Survey data organization and processing
- Project paperwork transmittal and organization
- Provide Land and hydrographic surveys required for project monitoring and payment quantities
- Responsible for the care and repair of land and hydro survey equipment
- Maintain accurate survey notes and documentation of survey activities
- Coordinate survey activities with the Project Engineer to meet schedule requirements
- Provide daily support of project procurement requirements
- Provide support in the maintenance of survey vehicles and equipment assigned to project
- Follows company and work site safety policies/procedures and commits to an “Incident and Injury Free” work environment
Qualifications
- 5 years of technical engineering/land surveying experience
- Ability to conduct volume computations
- Should possess strong computer skills and be proficient in the use of auto levels, laser levels, total stations, base stations, rovers and file conversions used in setup of GPS machine guidance systems
- Ability to accurately read contract drawings
- Must be able to operate independently and supervise a crew.
- Computer proficient in Microsoft Office

Pay: $74,247.00 - $80,979.00 per year
