The Director of Clinical Education position is a full-time (12 month), tenure-track, 100% remote-based role with administrative, teaching, scholarship, and service responsibilities. As a critical part of the program leadership team, this individual is responsible for developing, instructing, overseeing, and evaluating the clinical education components of the program.
Required Qualifications

PhD or EdD in speech-language pathology or closely related area
-
Record of successful scholarship in area(s) of interest/specialty

Leadership experience in higher education and the profession
Experience

Minimum of 3 years full-time experience in clinical settings

Minimum of 5 years full-time experience teaching and conducting research in higher education
Certification and Licensure:
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology
-
SLP licensure in state of residence & eligibility for SLP licensure in New York
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of CAA standards related to SLP graduate education

Experience with interprofessional education
