Summary:
As a Project Coordinator at Pointsmith, you will be the field-level customer service representative for our high-profile clients, responsible for processing orders, addressing inquiries about clients' campaigns, and supporting account teams with various tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the flexibility to assist with clerical work and project management.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

- Customer Service: Serve as the field-level point of contact for high-profile clients, processing orders, and providing prompt and accurate responses to inquiries about their campaigns.
- Support Account Teams: Assist account teams with clerical tasks, data input, data analysis, quoting, and project management as needed.
- Communication: Maintain effective and professional communication with clients and internal teams, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Data Entry and Analysis: Input and analyze data, assisting with the collection and organization of client information and project-related data.
- Front Desk Reception: Act as the front desk receptionist on a part-time basis, welcoming visitors, managing incoming calls, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Order Processing: Accurately process client orders, ensuring that all specifications and requirements are met.
- Documentation: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of client interactions, orders, and project-related information.
Experience & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of relative experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic project management tools.
- Assertive, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Must be able to work 40+ hours per week.
- Be accessible during non-work hours to discuss and work on projects.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Must have dependable transportation for client calls/meetings.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
