Office Manager/HR Coordinator
Are you looking for an opportunity to help build your job? The Office Manager/HR Coordinator is a new position for Woodworkers Shop. We are looking for a motivated individual with the skills to help develop and shape HR processes in combination with Office Manager duties.

What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinate hiring, including posting job openings, conducting interviews/screens, completing offers, background checks, and hires
- Coordination of onboarding and orientation as well as terminations
- Creates, maintains, and ensures accuracy of employee electronic and paper files
- Benefits administration including medical insurance, cafeteria plans, and 401K
- Including all compliance reporting
- Create and enforce policies, standards, and procedures in conjunction with supervisors and management
- Maintain and adapt company handbook as needed
- Handle compliance with state and federal labor regulations
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop solutions
- Codes and enters invoices and other Accounts Payable items
- Collects and posts Accounts Receivable items
- Tracks and follows up on monthly Accounts Receivables to collect outstanding balances due
- Process and deliver monthly customer statements
- Handle monthly commission reporting
- Compiling information and data as needed for simple analysis
What we’re looking for:
- Experience as a Business Office Manager
- Experience with HR functions, including onboarding and terminations
- High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Competent in protecting sensitive and/or confidential information and sharing only with those who have a business need-to-know
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to stay on task and be persistent when needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
