Absehlute Media is a Brand Development Agency and Media Consultancy. One of our esteemed divisions is dedicated to the Out-of-Home (OOH) programming and media sales of a prominent Digital Billboard located in Times Square, NY. As we expand our reach and influence in one of the most high-profile advertising spaces globally, we are currently seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our strategic growth, enhancing our presence in the market and shaping the visual narrative experienced by millions. This contract position offers the flexibility to work part-time or full-time based on your availability and ambition, with a significant opportunity for earning through an uncapped commission structure.
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage your sales pipeline from prospecting to close, ensuring you meet or exceed quarterly sales targets as outlined by Absehlute.
- Actively generate leads and maintain weekly progress reports using Absehlute's CRM systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, utilizing your top-notch communication skills to negotiate and secure contracts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in media sales or related B2B roles (2 Years or More).
- Exceptional self-management and organizational skills.
- Strong drive, motivation, and a self-starting attitude.
- Strong adherence to company procedures and protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact at all corporate levels.
- Non-Compete, and NDA Requirements (If selected for the position).
Compensation:
- Commission based only. (Uncapped)
