Warehouse Technician Responsibilities
Join our dynamic Warehouse/Hardware team at our regional headquarters in Atlanta as a Warehouse Technician. Embark on an exciting journey within the rapidly expanding US sports technology market, collaborating with major leagues like NFL, NHL, MLB, and NBA.
As a Warehouse Technician, you'll be instrumental in supporting both office-based and on-site operations, playing a pivotal role in our service provision for the ever developing technology sector in sports. Your responsibilities will span from inventory management to hardware builds, hardware support and logistics.
Expect a diverse workload, ranging from daily operational tasks to occasional but regular duties, all aligned with the dynamic needs of our business cycle. Warehouse Operations:
RMA of broken hardware
Build and follow processes for testing “RMA” hardware in order to either determine the root issue, fix the issue, or set aside to be shipped to supplier
Follow processes and communicate with suppliers to get broken hardware fixed
ASUS Server Testing
SuperMicro Server Testing
Birger control testing
Emergent Module Stress Testing
SFP Testing
Etc.
Communicate with HQA on root causes in ClickUp and update Critical Items Inventory Sheet with RMA notes
Kit Builds
Build kits assigned by the Builds and Warehouse Lead using the provided kit list
SMART
BR
Tracking Baseball
POC
Tracking NBA
Track the progress of kit packing in ClickUp and in the Builds Master sheet
QA/QC kits before shipment to ensure quality
Coordinate any additional personnel in warehouse to build kits in a specified time frame
Prepare the completed kit for shipment by palletizing it and securing the hardware.
Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills
Some experience with Click-up/ Google suite
Ability to achieve deadlines
Ability to identify and organize priorities self sufficiently
Must demonstrate the ability to multitask, think analytically and problem solve
Must demonstrate a diligent & organized approach to resolving technical issues and supplying clear solutions
Must take responsibility for their own workload and upholding standards
Must be competent in the use of all tooling and take responsibility for the H&S of themselves and those around them
Must be flexible in order to facilitate up to 7 days on-site per year to ensure that the Operational Team adhere to hardware processes and procedures and suggest improvements where possible. This may include operational support under rare, business-critical circumstances
Flexibility to work outside of office hours
Perform any reasonable requests made by your line manager on an ad hoc basis
The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $44,000 to $57,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for a limited benefits package including healthcare benefits (medical, dental, and vision), vacation time, and eighty hours of paid sick leave time annually.
