The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for Artificial Lift Systems lead role will manage and oversee the cost, working capital and cash flow. In this role, you will provide leadership on day-to-day activities and simplification projects to streamline financial processes, developing reporting mechanisms and analysis that simply and clearly communicate operational drivers of the business. You will be involved in short term and long-term planning, and work with the leadership team to define and achieve the overall business strategy.
As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Lead for Artificial Lift Systems, you will be responsible for:

Working functionally across engineering, product management, sales, commercial, marketing, supply chain and be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, closing and reporting for base cost and cash flow, including working capital

Developing and executing a process to conduct management review for base cost and cash/working capital metrics with the leadership team

Quarter closing activities related to cash, working capital, cost, headcount, restructuring relief, allocations to product companies/region

Preparing and presenting financials of CFOA, FCF, Working capital, base cost analysis, etc

Leading annual and quarter financial planning sessions for cash flow, working capital and base cost; Revise and provide forecast for working capital, cash flow and base cost forecast to HQ during the quarter

Driving automation and simplification of financial processes for cash and cost tracking

Working with Operations leader to identify core metrics and key drivers for business teams within BH and establish operating rhythms to drive proactive decisions making versus reactive reporting

Driving projects to improve cost, headcount and cash flow/working capital visibility along with completeness and accuracy of reports/analysis

Creating reporting and analytics processes to reduce cycle time and support operational teams in making quicker strategic decisions in driving cost efficiency and resources allocation

Driving consistent usage of SAP, BPC, and Hyperion tools across business
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:

Have a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university

Have 5+ years of experience in a field such as Finance, Accounting, Risk, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, or Services where roles required frequent use of Financial and/or quantitative analytical tools, skills, and processes

Have extensive knowledge of Baker Hughes business operations

Ability to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
