Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Community Liaison to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about community engagement and possess excellent communication skills to foster relationships within the community and assist homeowners.
Duties:
- Interface with homeowners to answer questions and assist with Architectural Control Applications and compliance questions.
- Review ACC applications for compliance to the Guidelines.
- Visit property (if necessary) to clarify ACC application or to take pictures of property.
- Organize and prepare agenda and meeting binders for the ACC meetings.
- Attend ACC meetings and present Architectural Control applications to the Architectural Control Committee as needed.
- Act as the primary staff contact for the Architectural Control Committee.
- Receives complaints or concerns from homeowners. Great customer service skills, willing to listen and offer solutions and options.
- Supervise the day-to-day business of the Compliance Department and Administration Receptionist departments.
- Prepare, review, approve and follow up on all Resale documentation as needed within legal guidelines.
- Assists GM with large projects as needed.
- Organizes and prepares annual information meeting with sub-associations and new homeowners.
- Any other situation regarding the Association required in the day-to-day business.
CRITICAL SKILLS/EXPERTISE
Demonstrable Management/Leadership experience in the HOA field, which includes earned professional designations. Continuing education in the HOA industry.
EXPERIENCE & TRAINING Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities to meet the foregoing. Applicant must have excellent people skills. Good oral and written communication skills. Homeowner/Property Management, Recreation Management and Fiscal Experience all a plus.-
