Job Title: Administrative Receptionist
Department: Office Administration
Position Type: Full-time hourly employee with complete Benefit Package (upon completion of 60-Day Probationary Period). Responsible for office closing procedures each evening; requires the ability to work until 6pm Monday-Friday.
Job Description: Responsible for answering phones and providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support to management and staff to ensure services are provided to customers in an effective and efficient manner.
Job Purpose: To maintain customer satisfaction by facilitating clear communication between Advanced Exteriors, Inc., our customers and insurance carriers, subcontractors and visitors.
Duties:
· Ensure that customers and visitors to the workplace facility are greeted and directed to the appropriate individual.
· Answer a multiple line phone system, take messages, answer questions and transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
· Work with various departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of company Job files in CRM database.
· Entry of relevant information into CRM database and updating of various activities upon completion.
· Submit necessary documentation to participate in various recurring programs and maintain licenses and certifications.
· Assist staff and Project Managers with document handling and processing when requested.
· Maintain the appearance of the reception and surrounding area.
· Engage in continuing education as directed by company management.
· Any and all other tasks assigned by company management.
· Supervised by the Assistant Office Manager and reports directly to the Office Manager.

- Organized with excellent typing skills

- Front desk operations knowledge
- Ability to manage calendars effectively

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
