Join our team as a Sr. Architect where you will leverage your extensive experience and education in architectural design and project management. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating project designs, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project architectural design from conceptualization through completion, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule constraints.
- Utilize Revit and BIM technology for design coordination and documentation of project plans and surveys.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project goals and performance metrics, integrating programming and sketching into architectural solutions.
- Manage existing documentation and conduct site surveys to inform design decisions and meet client expectations.
- Apply expertise in building materials, construction technology, and mathematics to optimize project design and construction processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B-Arch or M-Arch) from an accredited college.
- Licensed Architect with 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Strong ability in code analysis, zoning requirements, and sustainable design practices.
- Demonstrated leadership in team management, client presentations, and conflict resolution.
- Experience in project budget management and professional development and mentoring.
