Looking for someone to do the property turnover when guests check out (guests usually stay for 1-2 nights.)
Turnovers include cleaning, restocking supplies, and prepping for next guests. Turnover must be complete between 11:30a and 2:30pm. Checklist is provided and typically takes 2-3 hours.
The average number of turnovers is 3-5 per week.
Property is small (less than 350 sq ft) with walkways, lots of steps, and outdoor areas.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have AWD or 4WD for winter access
- Duties include restocking coffee, tea, and treats
- Must have a washer + dryer. We have two sets of linens, but laundry will need to be done offsite.
- Cleaning (vacuum, dust, wiping things down, etc)
- Restocking firewood inside and outside of dome
- Must have smartphone for accessing the schedule and getting paid

I live in Boise, so I need someone super reliable. If you have a spouse or adult child who can fill in in case of emergency, that's a bonus!
