Qualifications:
- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with basic office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
· Assist with payroll
o Reviewing timecards
o Contacting techs on discrepancies
o Run timecard reports for share point
o Confirm OT with PM’s
· Coordinate and Assist with Technician/Team Meetings
o Create meeting content
o Invite team members
o Meeting minutes
o Send summary
· Employee/Technician Onboarding
· Hotel Reservations
o Reports for each reservation
· Per diem requests
· Purchase Orders
· New Vendor Forms
· New Customer Forms
· Opening of New Jobs
· Vehicle maintenance reporting
· Safety topics reporting
· Expense/Mileage reports
· Billing preparation

Pay: $20.20 - $29.00 per hour
