Bridges Healthcare is looking to hire a Clinician in our Young Adult Services Department
Annual salary: $51,484 to $75,066 (commensurate with your experience)
PURPOSE and POSITION OVERVIEW
Provide mental health and addiction services to assist YAS clients in identifying and attaining their stated goals.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment to individuals, groups and families.

Maintain client records.

Serve as liaison with outside services and referral sources.

Supervise, coach and provide guidance to Student Interns as assigned.

Perform any other department or agency-related duties or special projects as directed by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS and COMPETENCIES
Master's degree in behavioral health required.
Associate license required
Ability to work flexible schedule.
Knowledge of psychiatric illness and substance abuse.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Computer literacy.
Experience in counseling/therapeutic methods and practices.
Ability to prioritize and organize schedules/demands.

The bonus will be made through payroll in two payments: $3,750 in the first payroll after 30 days of employment, and $3,750 the first payroll after the staff member successfully completes their 6 month probationary period.
