Position Summary
The Installation Specialist, operating under the guidance of the Project or Delivery Coordinator, is responsible for the meticulous handling, delivery, and installation of our clients’ furniture and artwork. This role is pivotal in maintaining the highest standards of client satisfaction and service quality. The Specialist will report directly to the Field Manager and work closely with the lead Project/Delivery Coordinator on assigned projects.

Primary Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the team by distributing all relevant company and project information.
Participate in team meetings to set goals, plan, and organize operations.
Maintain detailed records for invoicing, including time, materials, and equipment logs.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of vehicles, equipment, and supplies.
Provide training in handling and installation techniques for furniture and artwork.
Proactively address and solve any issues related to installation, packing, or moving.
Foster a culture of safety and professionalism within the team.
Develop solutions collaboratively with clients, vendors, and team members to enhance service delivery.
Job Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. A background in delivery, packing, moving, and installations is highly preferred.
Experience: At least 2-3 years of relevant experience, with a focus on customer service and team leadership.
Skills:
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic mathematical competency.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Certifications: Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass background checks and drug screenings.
Physical Demands: Capable of lifting up to 100 pounds and performing physically demanding tasks.
Work Environment
The role involves exposure to mechanical parts, hazardous materials, and potential electrical shocks. Noise levels may be high, and travel between sites is required, including potential interstate trips.
Working Hours
Typically 40 hours per week with flexibility required based on project needs. Work hours range from 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M., including occasional weekends and extra hours for special projects.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour.
Weekly Payroll
