Provide highly advanced, independent administrative support for Facilities Director, Supervisor, and department, requiring in-depth knowledge of the policies and procedures of the organization and related work areas. Administer established Facilities department programs and services.
Reports directly to the Facilities Director. Responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of designated information. Responsible to effectively perform the duties of the position as assigned.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
Minimum: High School Diploma and a combination of related college or facilities experience totaling a minimum of six years, to be evaluated by the appointed authority.
