Prep Cook and Morning Baker
Wusong Road, New England's premier Tiki Bar is looking for a versatile and skilled individual to join our team as a Morning Baker for three (3) days a week and Dumpling / Preparation Cook two (2) days a week. - Prepare and bake (or steam) a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods according to our recipes and standards.
- Assist with the preparation of ingredients and dishes for the day’s service, ensuring everything is ready and fresh.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, kitchen equipment, and daily deep clean after your preparation shift.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Have a Allergen Awareness certificate
- Assist with other kitchen duties as needed, including cleaning and organizing.
Requirements
- Have a proficiency in English and ideally bi-lingual in Spanish.
- Minimum one (1) year of baking experience – no exceptions.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of preparation cooking.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
- Availability to work morning shifts from Tuesday through Saturday.
- Maintain and clean equipment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
