Scheduling Analyst - Resource Management Center
Nebraska Medicine is seeking a Scheduling Analyst to join our team, this role will be located at our main campus in Omaha, NE. The Scheduling Analyst will work with leaders to efficiently manage resources from scheduling to placement, ensuring the right person is in the right place at the right time. Analyze trends in call volumes, staff productivity, and resource allocation. Adjust staffing to meet customer service needs promptly. Create reports for capacity planning and coordinate with other departments during outages. Provide guidance to maintain a positive work environment and ensure satisfaction for patients and employees. This is a great role for those that have at least 1 years of healthcare customer service experience!

Duties: Scheduling Analyst
Collaborate with leaders to maximizes resource efficiency through the end-to-end resource cycle from schedule creation through precise placement assuring the right person is at the right place at the right time. Analyze RMC trends, including call volumes, call patterns, staff productivity, attrition rates, and resource allocation. Ensure customer service needs are met by coordinating and adjusting staffing needs a timely manner. Create reports to be used for capacity planning within the RMC. Coordinate with other departments when outages occur, and calls must be redirected. Provide guidance for team members, clinics, and other areas by creating a positive work environment to maintain patient and employee satisfaction.
Required Qualifications: Scheduling Analyst
Minimum one year experience in an office, call center or healthcare environment required.
High school education or equivalent required.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills required.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments competently, accurately and efficiently required.
Preferred Qualifications: Scheduling Analyst
Two years of relevant scheduling experience preferred.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience with writing and updating reports preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office programs preferred.
