Job Overview
The position requires a Sales professional who will be responsible to grow and develop Ameriquartz sales, margins and market share in the prescribed region/area. Manage existing and increase account base by servicing existing customers and expand account base through cold calling and visits with fabricators, K&B’s Builders, designers, contractors, and Dealers.
Main Responsibilities
· To achieve sales goals defined by the Sales Manager or Supervisor
· Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
· Conducts daily sales calls - includes servicing existing customers as well as cold calling potential customers .
· Manage and develop relationships with existing customers, and potential clients through regular customer visits and product knowledge presentation.
· Conducts area market analysis of top accounts in each area, including fabricators, top dealers, top contractors, Kitchen and Bath dealers, top Builders, and designers completes “Positive Action Forms” for all calls resulting in a display rack and/or sale.
· Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to drive business growth, develop monthly strategy for sales calls.
· Maintain an open line of communication with the manager, providing regular input of all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis. Enter daily activity into CRM system.
· Negotiate prices, terms and prepare sales agreements
· In collaboration with the sales operations and logistics, coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of products.
Qualifications
· 1+ years of experience in natural stone and quartz sales
· Knowledge about the local stone market
· Present a developed customer base (Preferred)
· To be proactive
· Proven ability and successful record on sales
· Legally allowed to work in USA.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $750.00 - $950.00 per week
