Dispatch Service Representative

The Dispatch Service Representative will provide excellent customer service to help resolve customer issues and interact with customers and technicians to coordinate service appointments. The opening for this position works Tuesday through Saturday 1pm-10pm.
Essential Job Functions
- Take in-bound service calls from customers needing assistance with their residential plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
- Schedule and prioritize technicians for service calls and dispatch them to customer sites.
- Provide professional and timely confirmation of service arrival time with customers.
- Partnering with technicians making sure they have accurate information, ensuring jobs we provide high quality efficient work to meet customer expectations.
- Reschedule and reassign calls as needed to accommodate urgent or high-priority customer needs.
- Placing follow up calls as needed to update customers on continued work and solicit feedback.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience/Education:
- Previous call center experience is preferred but not required.
