**Job Title:** Outside Sales Representative
**Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an integral part of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities in the designated market. **Responsibilities:**
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and update customer information
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to achieve sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus for engaging with Spanish-speaking clients
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in Cabinet sales, preferably in European and Monder Cabinet sales
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software, Salesforce experience is a plus
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to drive sales strategies
- Prior experience in customer service is advantageous
