Job Summary:
As a Habilitation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities by providing direct care and implementing behavioral interventions to enhance their quality of life.
Duties:
- Utilize behavioral management techniques to address challenging behaviors and promote positive interactions.
- Conduct data collection and maintain accurate records of client progress and behavior.
