Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative and clinical tasks to support healthcare professionals
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist with procedures
- Take patient vital signs and record medical history
- Administer medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers
- Perform basic laboratory tests and collect specimens for testing
- Assist with patient education and provide instructions for at-home care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Skills:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required
- Proficient in medical terminology and documentation
- Knowledge of medical procedures, including X-Ray imaging
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recording patient information
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
Requirements (Must have all to be considered):
- Fully Vaccinated or legally exempt
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Certified Medical Assistant
- NHA Certification (Higher Pay Eligible)
- One Year of CMA experience, drawing blood and EKGs, and front end expierence
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $20.39 - $24.55 per hour
