We are hiring Solar Sales Consultants who are motivated to make a lot of money and save the environment through solar sales. The company has a unique opportunity as well selling Tesla solar roofs and solar panels to homeowners who are ready to save money on their energy needs.

What you'll be doing:
- Run company set appointments, educating and selling homeowners on the benefits of going solar
- Build and maintain a network of customers in order to generate new solar sales.
- Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
- Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
- Prepares quotes, customer contracts and signed agreements for each sale
- Attend company meetings and trainings to regularly learn and grow your solar knowledge and experience
- Collaborates with production departments, managers, and other staff to confirm that sales are performed with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintains detailed reports of sales activities and prospects
- Performs other duties as assigned
What you'll bring:
- No solar sales experience is required but consistent and professional work experience is needed
- Business owners and customer facing sales experience is encouraged to apply
- Must be highly organized and able to effectively completed company required paperwork
- Must have strong communication skills and be highly personable with customers
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
