Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and assist with inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as assigned.
