What You Will Do:
This is a fast-paced environment - No Joke! To join our marketing / media team, you need the drive and enthusiasm to help us keep our audience engaged. Our cornerstone is a compelling, educational and emotional narrative. We don’t do corporate BS here. Our customers are our friends and we enjoy a seriously strong rapport with them. You will help us keep that energy high and the love flowing.
Basic Duties:
- Work closely in our Marketing team on a variety of social media projects – from simple content like memes and Tiktoks to year-long marketing campaigns.
- Produce fresh content from scratch for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook.
- Organize and shepherd assets from planning to publication and follow-up.
- Produce reports and help analyze results of our work.
- Research and advise the team on the latest trends, tactics and best practices in the industry.
- Assist with in-studio and on-location video production.
What to Wow Us With:
- Professional Experience - content creation, social media account management, reporting skills, videography, editing, advertising work, live show production, online community management, etc. Brag about yourself!
- Social Media Savvy - your own online creative presence through Youtube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.
- Digital Creativity - Your videos, digital art, web content writing/editing samples, product photos, photoshop projects, video animations, copywriting, etc.
- Mastery of tools - Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Planning software, Meta, Creator Studio, etc.
Soft Skills to Impress Us With:
- Brains! Show us you can prioritize and complete assigned tasks involving multiple functions in a timely manner.
- Kung-fu! We are a fast-moving & opportunity-driven small shop. You need to be able to dance between assignments like a ballerina and Matrix-bend to jump on surprises like new media trends, news and new product ideas.

- Resume with minimum two years related social media experience
- Social media accounts you manage (personal and / or professional)
