Actively engage in taking genuine interest in each member’s relationship with CDC FCU to gain membership trust throughout their financial life stages.
Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services based on member needs. Build relationships by asking probing questions, providing customized solutions, insights and education to prospects and members alike. Maintain current knowledge of all products and financial services offered by the credit union. Attain sales and referral goals on a monthly and annual basis.
Receives and processes member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments and other transactions. Assist member with service center transactions. Perform all transactions along with end of day procedures with high degree of accuracy and in accordance with established credit union policies, procedures, and federal regulations.
Assist members with opening and closing accounts. Perform a variety of miscellaneous duties related to service & maintenance to memberships and accounts. Troubleshoot/ research member inquiries seeking assistance from other colleagues / departments when warranted.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
