We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our growing U.S.A. sales team. Candidates must be located in the East Coast.
Requirements for this position:
- Drives sales of Upcera Dental America, Inc.’s products through effective strategy.
- Developing and account targeting, while delivering a superior customer experience with regards to purchasing.
- Supports sales implementation as needed to provide world class customer service.
- Knowledge on how to engage with target markets.
- Develops new accounts and build a strong unique sales pipeline.
- Implements sales strategies to achieve short and long-term market penetration.
- Develops strong relationships with customers to introduce them to Upcera Dental America Inc’s products including zirconia blank, hybrid ceramist, and other Upcera Dental America Inc’s dental materials.
- Addresses customer complaints in an appropriate and professional manner escalating concerns as required by current processes.
- Excellent follow-through skills.
- Works closely with Management to provide insight and recommendations for priorities, forecasting, and tasks as it relates to sales goals.
- Provides weekly, monthly, and quarterly projections of revenue and sales pipeline.
- Achieves sales targets and results within targeted time frame.
- Provides feedback and knowledge on sales cycles, effectiveness on existing sales methods, strategies, and procedures.
- Meets with leadership team to identify challenges, market trends, and areas of growth.
- Co-travel as needed to drive opportunities, meet with clients and conduct product presentations.
- Participates in Conferences / Tradeshows upon request. Host on site or via zoom or teams Study Clubs and product presentation events, schedule Lunch and Learns.
- Performs other duties as assigned or as may be necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience plus a minimum of 10 years of business to business selling.
· Sales experience meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
· Dental sales experience preferred.
· Able to deliver information in a clear, well-structured, and compelling manner.
· Excellent communication skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and customer service.
· Self-motivated and driven for sales activity.
· Capable of collaborating with team members as well as working independently.
· Advanced rapport skills and relationship-building abilities.
· Confident in negotiating and adaptive selling based on customer needs and situation.
This full-time position receives a highly competitive wage of $60,000 - $85,000 a year plus commission depending on experience. In addition to your salary and commissions, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package including, holidays. sick leave, vacation, medical, dental, vision, life insurance and matching 401(k).
