Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service to customers via phone, email, and chat. The candidate must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints and inquiries. Additionally, the candidate must be able to remove negative feedback, contact Amazon customers who left negative reviews, collect reviews from promotions, and report to the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Remove negative daily feedback from Amazon.
- Contact Amazon customers who left negative reviews, collect reviews from promotions, and report to the marketing team.
- Summarize a weekly report of negative reviews.
- Submit Amazon cases for inactive listing, blocked listing, food safety complaints, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
