**Job Summary:**
AC2, Inc. has an immediate opening for an Office professional for our NW Houston office. We are looking for an energetic professional who can thrive in a multitude of roles.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and be able to work independently with little or no supervision. Successful candidates will be well organized, flexible and enjoy the challenges of supporting an office.
The Office Manager will oversee general office duties, including but not limited to: administrative and clerical functions, accounts payable, scheduling shipments and deliveries, and maintenance of office files.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assistant to the Managing Director
- Ensure that the office is running efficiently and according to rules and procedures
- Take care of the overall premises, keeping things functional and organized
- Be the point of contact for employees when they have questions or need assistance.
- Reconciling accounts using QuickBooks
- Keeping files neat and organized
- Run errands and shop online or directly on behalf of the company
- Organize chaos as you encounter it
- Handle distribution of mail
- Follow company rules and procedures.
- Prepare Shipping Documents as needed
- Receive incoming shipments from Purchase Orders
- Maintain office supply inventory
- Manage Customer Maintenance Contracts
- Keep sales files current and organized
- Handle incoming and routing of technical support calls
- Assist in scheduling appointments and office repairs.
- Foster contagious enthusiasm
- Ensure that the employees can easily find policies, procedures, and current versions of important documents
**Qualifications:**
· Minimum: high school or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred
· Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
· Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft productivity software suite (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
· Experience with QuickBooks and general bookkeeping preferred
· Ability to learn quickly
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Must be able to work in a dynamic environment and manage competing priorities
. Ability to deal with ambiguity
