The Career Training Director is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of career training programs for the organization. - 5+ years of experience in career training or a related field
- Experience managing a team of trainers

- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in career training
- Experience with budget management
- Ability to travel as needed
