Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to join our team at our Domestic Violence Shelter. The Case Manager will play a crucial role in providing direct services to survivors of domestic violence, including crisis intervention, advocacy, and case management. This position requires a strong commitment to supporting individuals in crisis and helping them navigate the path to safety and self-sufficiency.
The Case Manager provides a variety of individual and/or group supportive services that address both short-term and long-term client needs.
A pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening are required.
Reports to: Case Management Director
Employment Status: Full-time, Non-exempt
Salary: $25.23 per hour
Available schedule
- Weekdays, - Midday, 11 am-7 pm
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and strengths of survivors
- Develop and implement individualized service plans in collaboration with survivors
- Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and emotional support
- Assist survivors in accessing community resources, including housing, legal services, healthcare, and employment
- Advocate on behalf of survivors with various agencies and service providers
- Facilitate support groups and educational workshops
- Maintain accurate and confidential case records and documentation
- Participate in regular staff meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities
- Collaborate with shelter staff and community partners to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
- Performs all other related duties as assigned

Education and Experience Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field required.
- For social work degrees, social work licensure in the appropriate jurisdiction is required.
